I obtained my Real Estate license in 1988. By 1992 I completed the courses necessary to obtain the "GRI" designation (graduate Realtors institute), "CRS" (certified residential specialist) and "SRES" (senior real estate specialist). Since then I have participated quite a bit in the Yolo County Association of Realtors:§ 1992-94 Yolo County Association of Realtors as a Director § 1997 Association of Realtors Secretary Treasurer§ 1998 President Elect§ 1999 President of the Yolo County Association of Realtors§ 2000 Named Realtor of the Year by my Realtor Associates. § 2001-2009 MetroList MLS Committee Member, serving the company that keeps us on the cutting edge providing you with the housing information necessary to buy and sell homes. § 2009 Moved to Lyon Real Estate to accomodate my move to Loomis. This change allows me to continue to serve my Woodland market and at the same time service my new hometown...Roseville, Loomis, Granite Bayand Auburn. Lyon has offices in Woodland, Davis, Roseville, Auburn and Natomas, the areas of interest for me...my key works in each office so I can better serve you.
I am always up to date on the latest types of financing available to buyers, ensuring a smooth transaction for the buyers as well as the sellers. I like to remodel homes and have a natural flair for it. I believe this has given me the ability to excel in the Real Estate Business. Being familiar with home remodeling and repairs has enabled me to help a buyer through the inspection process and helped Sellers through the home preparation process when getting their home ready to market. Since my first year in the Real Estate profession I have been among the Top Producing agents, I attribute this to the time I have devoted to my clients as a full time agent and because I like what I do.
