I obtained my Real Estate license in 1988. By 1992 I completed the courses necessary to obtain the "GRI" designation (graduate Realtors institute), "CRS" (certified residential specialist) and "SRES" (senior real estate specialist). Since then I have participated quite a bit in the Yolo County Association of Realtors: § 1992-94 § 1997 Association of Realtors Secretary Treasurer § 1998 President Elect § 1999 President of the § 2000 Named Realtor of the Year by my Realtor Associates. § 2001-2006 Working hard for my clients. I am a MetroList MLS Committee Member I am always up to date on the latest types of financing available to buyers, ensuring a smooth transaction for the buyers as well as the sellers. I like to remodel homes and have a natural flair for it. I believe this has given me the ability to excel in the Real Estate Business. Being familiar with home remodeling and repairs has enabled me to help a buyer through the inspection process and helped Sellers through the home preparation process when getting their home ready to market. Since my first year in the Real Estate profession I have been among the Top Producing agents in Woodland, I attribute this to the time I have devoted to my clients as a full time agent and because I like what I do.
